Primary Center to Hold ‘Glow Day’ Event

Mars Area Primary Center will offer a Glow Day event on Friday Oct. 24, to celebrate students’ positive behavior during the first nine weeks of the school year.

The students have already earned enough Positive Planets tickets to fill up the “Principal’s Board,” which keeps a record of those students who have been recognized for positive actions and behaviors, says Jessica Semler, principal. Glow Day activities included an obstacle course, bean bag toss, bowling, and more.

The event will be offered through the school’s Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports (PBIS) program. For more information, call (724) 625-1588.
