Mars Area Primary Center will offer a “Wild About Positive Behavior” activity for students during the school day on Friday, March 27.
Students in kindergarten and first grade will rotate through various “animal-themed” stations, including a photo booth, arts & crafts, and movement activity. Students was also awarded an “animal certificate” to recognize their hard work and positive attitude toward demonstrating “The Mars Way!” — Make good choices, Always be kind, be Ready to learn, and to Stay safe.
The event, offered through the school’s Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports (PBIS) program, is a reward for students, who have earned enough Positive Planets tickets to fill up the “Principal’s Club,” which keeps a record of those students who have been recognized for positive actions and behaviors.
