All Mars Area School District parents are advised that à la carte items may no longer be charged to a student’s school meal account beginning on Friday, April 27.

 

Signs will be posted at cafeteria cash registers stating that “à la carte items must be paid for at the time of purchase.” Students may pay for à la carte items with cash or using a student meal account with a positive balance.

 

The District will always provide a student with a school meal regardless of his/her ability to pay. Questions may directed to the individual school cafeteria.
