AM Kindergarten & First Grade

Mars Area Primary Center students attending Morning Kindergarten and First Grade may be dropped off from 8:10 to 9 a.m. at the CAFETERIA DOORS located in the rear of the school (accessed via the Administration Office parking lot).

A Mars Area Primary Center staff member will be stationed at the CAFETERIA DOORS to welcome students. ONLY STUDENTS will be permitted to enter the building and to report directly to their classrooms. NO PARENTS/GUARDIANS will be permitted to enter the building through the cafeteria doors.

Any students who arrive after 9 a.m. MUST enter the building through the FRONT DOORS and must report directly to the office to obtain a TARDY SLIP before reporting to their classroom. All tardies are documented and remain in a student’s permanent record.

PM Kindergarten

Mars Area Primary Center students attending Afternoon Kindergarten must be dropped off from 12:30 to 12:45 p.m. at the FRONT KINDERGARTEN DOORS.

All students must exit the vehicles from the passenger side onto the curb. Parents/guardians are NOT permitted to park their vehicles in the fire lane and/or bus lane to escort students to the FRONT KINDERGARTEN DOORS.

ONLY STUDENTS will be permitted to enter the building and to report directly to their classrooms. NO PARENTS/GUARDIANS will be permitted to enter the building through the front kindergarten doors.
